**登陆以后根据提示修改密码+密保问题**

**如果不幸绑定了手机，可以在**[**帐号解锁**](/apple-id/yi-nan-jie-da/zhang-hao-jie-suo-yu-zhao-hui.md)**中，根据提示解绑就行，绑定48小时内均可以解绑**
